Client: Queensland Cancer Physics Collaborative September 2008

Project: The creation of a fully immersive stereo 3D simulation environment for training users in the operation of a Linear Accelerator. In addition the simulation environment will be used to improve post treatment planning and treatment execution. The immersive simulator was delivered in January 2009 with ongoing enhancements. It features a fully immersive display and tracking systems, real-time interactions and data import.

A desktop PC version commisioned by the collaborative and was delivered in February 2010. The desktop version features advanced user functionality for bed and linear accelerator controls as well as network functionality for remote user training and assesment.
